Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

If you want to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time using the links included in your order confirmation emails. You can manage your subscription directly from there.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory.

We may collect no payment or only a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance once the product becomes available and your order is fulfilled.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a Try Before You Buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling your order.

You will have a specified trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase amount.
